Thank you for choosing Aenjewels. We sincerely value your support. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Returns and exchanges
We want you to love your Aenjewels pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer store credit on eligible items returned within the guidelines below.
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging. As a small independent brand, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs or customs charges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To request a return, please contact us prior to sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once the return has been received and inspected, a refund can be issued only for store credit for the item value.
2. 30-Day Warranty
Every Aenjewels piece is backed by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery, so you can wear your jewelry with confidence.
Please note: Bangle sets are not eligible for warranty coverage due to their limited-edition nature and the intentional characteristics outlined in product description.
What's covered:
• Manufacturing defects
• Loose or missing stones
• Broken clasps, hinges, or closures
• Chain breakage due to a manufacturing fault
• Any defect that affects the normal wearability of the piece
What's not covered:
• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, dents, or accidental damage
• Damage caused by force, snagging, pulling, or improper care
• Lost or stolen items
• Natural variations in pearls or gemstones
If your item is found to be defective within 30 days of delivery, we will provide a replacement.
3. Shipping Disclaimer
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Aenjewels is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or store credit for packages confirmed as delivered, regardless of loss, theft, or misdelivery after delivery confirmation. Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is considered final. These matters are governed by our Shipping Policy and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
4. Policy Updates
Aenjewels reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website.
