Jewelry Materials & Durability

What materials do you use?
We use a variety of materials depending on the piece:
- Stainless steel – 100% tarnish-proof
- 14k and 18k gold plating over durable jewelry-grade material – Durable and tarnish-resistant, but not completely tarnish-proof
- Each piece is coated with three layers of clear protective coating to protect against oxidation and corrosion. You can find the exact material of each product in its description.
What is the difference between tarnish-proof and tarnish-resistant?
Tarnish-proof jewelry will never tarnish or lose its color under any conditions. Tarnish-resistant jewelry is designed to slow down tarnishing but may still develop oxidation over time IF exposed to elements like excessive water, sweat, and humidity. 
Our jewelry is a mix of tarnish-proof and tarnish-resistant as some components of a jewelry piece may be stainless steel (100% tarnish proof), and some components may be 14/18k gold plated (tarnish-resistant). 
What materials are your dangle rings made of?
Our rings have a stainless steel base, which is 100% tarnish-proof. The charms on the rings are 14k and 18k gold-plated, making them tarnish-resistant but not completely tarnish-proof. These charms are further protected with three layers of clear protective coating to prevent against oxidation and corrosion.

Jewelry Care & Wear

Can I wear my jewelry while swimming or in the shower?
You can wash your hands with your jewelry on, but we do not recommend prolonged water exposure (swimming, showering, etc.) as it can cause the gold plated elements of a jewelry piece to lose its shine over time.
Is your jewelry 100% waterproof?
Our jewelry is not 100% waterproof. While some components of our jewelry are 100% tarnish-proof and will never lose color, other parts—like the 14k or 18k gold-plated elements are tarnish-resistant, and may experience slight fading over time IF exposed to excessive water, sweat, or humidity.
This is why, even if one part of the piece is waterproof, it’s best to handle the entire jewelry piece with care to maintain its shine and longevity.
Our jewelry is made with durable materials and is tested to ensure longevity. While our pieces are designed for extended wear, proper jewelry care is essential to maintain their shine and prevent any potential oxidation. This means avoiding water and moisture for the most part, as well as storing it properly. 
Are any of your pieces 100% waterproof and tarnish-proof?
Yes! Some of our jewelry pieces are 100% waterproof and tarnish-proof—for example, the Solaris Wrap and Prosper Bracelet. Please check individual product descriptions for specific descriptions.

Shipping & Orders

Where do you ship, and how much does shipping cost?
We currently ship domestically (Canada) and internationally, with some exclusions. Shipping internationally ranges from $9 USD – $25 USD. Shipping is based on location—please enter your address at checkout for the exact cost as it is determined through postal code.
How long does shipping and processing take?
- Processing time for all orders: 7-10 days (may be longer due to high order volumes and handmade production).
- Domestic shipping (Canada): 4-7 days.
- International shipping: 8-15 days (varies based on location).
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, modifications are allowed under most circumstances within 2 days of placing your order. Please email us at aenjewels@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram with your request and order number. 

Returns & Sizing

How do I determine my ring size?
We provide a sizing guide on our website under each product description to help you find the perfect fit. Please confirm your size before ordering to avoid any issues. You can also refer to a ring sizer app. 
How do I determine my bangle size?
To find your bangle size, measure the widest part of your hand (around your knuckles) when your fingers are tucked in, as this is the part the bangle must slide over. Also, measure your wrist circumference to ensure a comfortable fit without being too loose or too tight.
What if my jewelry doesn’t fit? What is your Return, Refund, and Exchange policy?
If an item doesn’t fit, please refer to our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy for next steps. We offer refunds upon returns, though shipping is at the customers expense. The item must be unworn and in its original condition. We do not do exchanges.
To start a return, email aenjewels@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and sizing issue, and we will provide a return address. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Restocks & Custom Orders

When will sold-out items be restocked?
Most of our sold-out items are one-of-a-kind (1-of-1) pieces or have been discontinued (e.g., the Hand of Hamza Ring). Charm necklaces and bangle stacking sets will not be restocked. However, we are working on new designs, so stay updated via Instagram and TikTok, as these pieces sell out quickly.
Will your charm necklaces be restocked?
No, all charm necklaces (except Charm Necklace #10) were 1-of-1 pieces and will not be restocked. However, we will be launching a third series of charm necklaces soon. Follow us on Instagram and TikTok for updates.
Do you do custom jewelry orders?
Yes, we accept custom orders! Availability depends on our current order volume. If we are fully booked, custom orders will be temporarily unavailable. Please check our Custom Orders page for updates. If custom orders are open, you can start the process by contacting @aenjewels on Instagram.
How much do custom orders cost?
Pricing varies based on design complexity and materials, but generally, custom pieces range from $30-$70.

Collaborations & Discounts

Do you work with brand ambassadors?
No, we are not currently looking for or working with brand ambassadors. Any future updates will be announced on our social media.
Do you do collaborations?
Yes! We do gifted PR collaborations. We require a minimum of 100k followers to qualify due to high demand and the need to ensure meaningful partnerships that align with our brand. Please note that if we are already engaged in multiple collaborations, we may temporarily pause accepting new partnerships. If you meet the criteria, feel free to reach out via email.
Do you participate in events, pop-ups, etc.?
We are always open to event collaborations and pop-ups. If you’re hosting an event and would like us to take part, please email us at aenjewels@gmail.com.
Do you provide jewelry for events, fashion shows, or photoshoots?
Yes, we are open to collaborating with stylists, models, photographers, and event organizers for fashion shows, editorials, and creative projects.

Do you offer student discounts?
At this time, we do not offer student discounts.

Do you sell silver jewelry?
We are currently working on expanding our silver collection. Right now, we have one silver piece: the Prosper Bracelet. We will be releasing silver rings in March 2025.
I saw a jewelry piece on your social media, but I can’t find it on your website. Why?
If an item is not listed on our website, it is likely:
- Unreleased
- A custom 1-of-1 piece
- A piece used for photo or video purposes only
